At Eyecatcher Vision Care, we stand behind every pair of glasses with a warranty designed to protect your investment—and give you peace of mind.
What's Covered?
Frames & Eyewear Defects: We cover manufacturing flaws such as paint peeling (excluding scratches) for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Lens Coatings & Crazing: Surface-coating issues, including crazing or warping—often caused by extreme temperatures—are covered for 24 months.
Servicing, Repairs and Adjustments
Enjoy complimentary adjustments and servicing for the lifetime of your eyewear. We recommend a check‑in every six months to keep your glasses in optimal condition.
Minor frame repairs are often handled in-store; more complex fixes are completed via our local lab—usually within a day. Charges may apply for any replacement parts
What's Not Covered?
Scratched Lenses: We use premium lenses, but accidental scratches may occur during normal wear. If the scratch happens within 12 months of purchase and is deemed accidental, we offer a replacement at half-price.
